The Web can be very hard to surf sometimes. And though we strive
to have our site as easy to navigate as possible, we know that
a web surfer may have some questions, or may have problems
accessing some of our pages at certain times. Below are some
answers to questions you might have. And at the bottom of the
page, if your question hasn't been answered, are e-mail links
to ask your question.
Q: Why Can't I Get To Your Main Page?
A: There are times during the day where there is too much trafic
on the Internet, so some sites may be unreachable. Try again
another time, and to check to see how bad Internet traffic is
anytime of the day, go to www.internettrafficreport.com.
Q: When I Click On One of Your Links, It Gives Me a 404 Not Found Error or Leads Me to the Wrong Page. What Happened?
A: When that happens, it means a link of ours is broken, or has
the wrong address. We periodically check the links in our Member
Sites directory to make sure the links there are okay, but between
times that we check our links, a web page might change it's address.
See the e-mail addresses at the bottom of the page to report a
broken link.
Q: Why aren't pages updated for days sometimes?
A: The Homepage and the new The C's Web Smorgasbord are run by only
a few people, and so when that person is busy the website sometimes is not
updated. We try to update our site often, though.

addresses to ask your question at.
